How Long Does My Jewelry Order Take To Make & Ship Out?
Every piece of bridal and bridesmaid jewelry is handmade custom to your order specifications as each order is placed. Our standard delivery time from the date the order is placed to the date the order is received in the mail is about 30 days (sometimes sooner). Our Priority Mail delivery time is 14 days from the date you order your jewelry. Our Rush Delivery Service time is 8 business days or less from the date you order your jewelry.
What Payment Methods do you Accept?
BonitaJ.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Should you decide to pay using a personal check or money order, your order will not begin to be processed until the payment has cleared. The mailing address for all checks and money orders is:

Can I receive color samples?
BonitaJ.com offers pearl and crystal color samples. We encourage all of our customers to order color samples if you are unsure of what specific color would make the best fit for your special occasion. We want you to love your jewelry when you receive it – and making sure it matches is the most important factor.
Are the Color Samples the same size as the beads in the jewelry?
No. Typically we send out either 4mm or 6mm pearl and crystal color samples. The beading in the jewelry pieces vary in size. If you are unsure of the beading size – please contact us with your specific product questions – we are more than happy to answer any bead size questions.
Do you provide Gift Wrapping?
Each and every piece of jewelry arrives packaged in either a white jewelry box lined with cotton, with our logo on top and wrapped with curly ribbons. The other packaging method is a frosted case with our logo on the front, nicely packaged. It depends on the jewelry piece size as to which packaging is selected.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
BonitaJ.com offers volume pricing – which means – the more you purchase the more you save. Each product lists the savings you will receive based on the number of that product you purchase.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. During the checkout process you will are able to select the shipping destination “International” from a drop down menu under the shipping information.

What Clasp Type will My necklace and/or Bracelet be made with?
We use Lobster style clasps. They are the most secure for wearing jewelry. If you want a different style, please contact us.
What is your Return Policy?
All items in our collection may be returned for a refund (less shipping/handling charges and RUSH delivery charges if applicable and a 25% customization fee) except earrings. Earrings are not returnable for sanitary reasons. You must follow the return policy to receive a refund. In addition to the 25% customization fee that is not returned, we do not refund any shipment costs you’ve incurred. If you’ve selected the Free standard shipping option – you will have a $5.00 shipment fee that is also not refunded to your credit card.
What is the 25% Customization Fee For? The 25% customization fee is for the materials used to create your custom jewelry piece that cannot be reused again (ie., head pins, wires, etc.). This customization fee also includes a very small portion for the time it takes to create your order.
Return Procedure: Email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to notify us of your return. (Orders for weddings, proms and other events cannot be returned after the date of the event under any circumstances.) Return shipment to BonitaJ.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s).
Returning Policy for Jewelry Sets: If you purchase a jewelry set that includes earrings and you want to return the jewelry set, you can return everything EXCEPT for the earrings. The actual list price of the earrings will be deducted from your return amount. A 25% customization fee will still apply to all other jewelry pieces in the order. Should you leave the earrings in the return package and ship them to BonitaJ.com – BonitaJ.com will ship only the earrings back to you and deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
BonitaJ.com cannot be held responsible for any shipped orders that are damaged, lost or not correctly delivered due to the US Postal services mistakes, weather, etc.
BonitaJ.com cannot be held responsible for lost orders, undelivered orders or general delivery errors for any orders shipped outside of the United States.
Returned Mail to BonitaJ.com – due to undeliverable addresses & information errors:
If BonitaJ.com receives a package returned in the mail due to an error on the customers part for not including enough information (ie. apt #, suite #, etc.) or if the address is invalid – there will be a reshipment fee. This fee will vary based on the time you need your package delivered in. We will ship to the shipping address provided exactly as it appears.
Is BonitaJ.com jewelry manufactured or handmade?
All of BonitaJ.com’s bridal, bridesmaid and flowergirl jewely is handmade. Each and every order is custom made with your specifications as the order is received.
What type of beads are used in your designs?
We use all Swarovski brand pearls, crystals, briolettes and all other beads are Swarovski brand. The only beads that are not Swarovski brand are the very few products that include fresh water pearls.
What type of Metals do you use in your designs?
All of our metals are either sterling silver or 14k gold filled metals, we have now added antique copper and antique brass to many of our jewelry selections. They are not plated or coated or colored – they are the real metals.
With the Swarovski Crystal Colors – What is the difference between an AB, AB 2 crystal and a regular crystal?
The Swarovski crystals that have AB after them mean that they are the same color as the original swarovski color, but this version has a rainbow shimmery effect to them. The crystal color options with the AB 2 after them means that they have a definite rainbow shimmer to them that is very pronounced. When the light hits these AB crystals, multiple rainbow colors come out.
I’m Looking at a Product & My Crystal Color Option is not available – Why Not?
BonitaJ.com uses Swarovski brand crystals. Swarovski offers a multitude of color choices, but they vary from the size of the bead and the shape. We carry all colors offered by the Swarovski brand in all shapes and size beads. If you do not see the color choice you want in the drop down menu of a specific product – that means Swarovski does not make that color choice in that size or shape bead.
I’ve received my order and my Necklace/Bracelet is too Long/Short – What can I do?
If you’ve received your order and it just doesn’t fit – you have options!
OPTION 1: BonitaJ.com will lengthen or shorten your bracelet/necklace for a small fee and a Re-Ship fee. You must let us know about the size issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know your order number, the product you need fixed – and the new size that you would like, as well as when you will need your items shipped back by. Depending upon how quickly you need your items returned – the Re-ship fee varies. We will email or call you back with the re-ship fee cost as well as the cost to resize your purchased items. Please ship back your jewelry in the white boxes they were sent to you in – as this will protect your jewelry from damage. Ship your package back to the address on the label from your jewelry boxe(s).
OPTION 2: You can order an extender chain. An extender chain can measure from 1″ – 5″ – depending upon your specific needs. The extender chain comes with a lobster clasp that attaches to your current bracelet/necklace looped end (the non hook or lobster claw end) and adds additional length. Please email email@example.com or chat with us live to go over your options. We will work together to come up with the proper sizing and customizations to make your necklace and/or bracelet fit perfectly. There is a small fee for the extender chain and shipping charges vary upon how quickly you need the extender chains shipped.
